We operate an express repair service where possible, subject to how busy we are and availability of parts. Common devices can be repaired within store within 1 hour, whilst postal services are between 48-72 hours. Screen replacements tend to take approximately 30 minutes, while glass replacements takes a few hours. For other repairs, a time estimation will be provided on receipt of the device.

It is important to back up your device prior to giving it to Golden Mobiles for repair. While Golden Mobiles will do their best to ensure there is no data loss or corruption, this can happen from time to time upon repair. Any personal, private or confidential information or data should be removed. Golden Mobiles will not browse through anything on your device, but technicians may inadvertantly see data during the course of their work. The passcode or pattern code must be available or deactivated upon repair.

Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
